- In parts 1 - 5 we will go through the basic movement patterns that every workout plan should include with technique tips based on years of training experience.
- In parts 6 & 7 we will cover the science and art of creating your own workout plan along with some optional extra exercises to train specific body parts.
- In parts 8 - 10 we cover the mechanisms at work during abs exercises, cardio exercises, and stretching exercises so you know where to include them in your plan.
After completing this course you will always know what to do when you exercise and why you are doing it, whether you are a total beginner or a fitness enthusiast.
