Investment
£350 per 60‑minute session. This is a concise, high‑touch engagement designed to deliver lasting change. The work is tailored to your routines, workload, and priorities, with clear accountability throughout.
To produce lasting change, engagements run for a minimum of 12 weeks, allowing time to observe patterns, iterate, and embed new routines into your schedule.
If you already have a specific problem and want immediate clarity, you can also start with a single 90-minute session at £450.
